Standard or Intermediate West Tower Rooms: $315
One king or two queen beds.
Eastmoor or Southlake Suites: $485
King bed, separate parlor with fold out couch. Rollaway beds available at no charge for BEMA guests. Eastmoor suites can connect with a double intermediate room. A limited number of these suites are available in our block.

Room Tax & Fees
All rooms are subject to state tax of 9.4% and Public Improvement Fee (PIF) of 2.25%
Resort Fee: $16.00 per single or double occupancy room. Resort fee is also subject to PIF.
Resort fee includes: daily newspaper, faxes, in-room coffee, unlimited fitness center access, toll-free and local calls (up to one hour in length), in-room high speed internet.

A deposit of one-night’s room rate is required upon booking your room.
In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night’s room rate, cancellation OR reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
