I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Membership Manager at BEMA. It is with great enthusiasm that I embark on this journey of serving our esteemed members and fostering strong relationships within the baking community.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR WHERE YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS ROLE?

My main focus is to nurture our membership community by improving how we keep existing members engaged and making sure new members feel welcomed and supported. I’m also passionate about providing top-notch, personalized service to everyone. Beyond that, I’m excited to encourage more participation and enthusiasm from our members at all of our events.

WHAT ABOUT THE INDUSTRY ARE YOU EXCITED TO LEARN?

I’m really looking forward to exploring the baking industry and uncovering what makes it such a lively and ever-changing field. Discovering the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in baking is truly exciting for me. I’m keen to understand the unique challenges and opportunities that our members face in this industry and figuring out how we can best assist them in reaching their objectives. Most of all, I’m excited to connect with baking professionals and enthusiasts, forming meaningful relationships and working together on exciting projects that bring value to our members.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE BAKED GOOD?

I absolutely love doughnuts, they’re my favorite baked treat by far. It’s nearly impossible for me to resist one when they’re offered. While I appreciate all kinds of doughnuts, I’m not a fan of the ones that are filled.
