Q: What is something new or innovative your company has done recently?
A: Ocean Spray Ingredients has evolved from an ingredient supplier to a solutions provider. We know our cranberries, what our customers need now, and what consumers want next. With a cross-collaborative team of experienced agricultural scientists, deep consumer and category insights, culinary support and production development, we provide the high-quality cranberry solutions, on-trend flavors and in-demand innovations. Q: Why is your company a BEMA member?
A: Ocean Spray Ingredients is present in applications around the world. One segment we want to grow is bakery. Ocean Spray Ingredients has a dried cranberry portfolio with a wide variety of flavors, piece sizes and even options naturally sweetened with fruit juice.
