Ardian Dema is the Director of Business Development Southwest at FCL Builders.

Kelly Allen, Membership Manager for BEMA, had an opportunity to ask Ardian Dema a few questions about himself and the organization.

Q: Tell us about your company and the products/services you offer:

A: We are a design build contractor with over four decades of experience in the construction of Food Processing and Cold Storage Facilities.

Q: What is something new or innovative your company has done recently?

A: We designed and build the first speculative cold storage facility in the US.

Q: What do you love most about the baking industry?

A: As a design build contractor we enjoy the collaboration with the end-users to help solve complex problems and construct the facility.

Q: How did you get started in the baking industry?

A: We have designed and built many bakery production facilities around the country including Clover Hill Bakery and Specialty Bakery.

Q: What drew you and your company to join BEMA?

A: I have many friends in the industry that are already members and I enjoy learning about the innovations that take place in the bakery industry.

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

A: I enjoy spending time with my wife and too kids. I also enjoy playing sports.

Q: Anything else you want our members to know about you or your company?

A: We have a national platform with an extensive knowledge in the food and beverage industry.
