Baking Industry Forum (BIF): 2025-2026 Roster Announcement
Overland Park, KS: Kicking off what is sure to be an impactful year, BEMA is announcing the 2025-2026 members of the Baking Industry Forum (BIF). BIF brings together bakers and suppliers for candid dialogue regarding industry issues and trends, and its members are a well-respected source for information and resource sharing.
In the past, BIF members have contributed insights regarding real-time solutions for subjects such as training and professional development, veteran hiring, preparation for the Food Safety Modernization Act and solutions for evolving safety issues. Most recently, BIF demonstrated the capabilities and opportunities that RealWear technology offer the baking industry. Members of the forum will participate at BEMA’s June Convention and will meet throughout the year.
